the asahi trainers are based on vintage jogging sneakers from the 1970’s and 1980’s. this is hardly surprising, since asahi was nike's primary sneaker manufacturer at the time. the trainers are made on the original machines from back then, feature an eva midsole and are almost too good for jogging.
