the east end coat in cotton drill by workhouse is one of the most beautiful all-season coats we have seen so far. the coat skillfully combines formal english tailoring with a thick cotton fabric that rather reminds of work clothes. quasi savile row meets manchester. not only quasi, the pattern-maker of the english label has been tailoring suits on savile row for over 20 years. and you can see that in the coat. at first glance it looks very classic, but the many subtle yet sophisticated details like the asymmetrical front, the nehru collar and unique one piece sleeve with a elbow pleat make the jacket something very special. we love it.
