the br78711 pocket t-shirt by buzz rickson's is based on the classic american t-shirts of the 1950s and is made in japan from thick but luxuriously soft loopwheel knitting jersey fabric. loopwheel machines manufacture cotton with a very low thread tension that allows for the production of a premium and unique fabric with the end result being an incredibly soft and comfortable tee. today there are only around 400 loopwheel machines remaining in wakayama, japan with half of these in use at any given time.
