boncoura | 41 chino pants

the 41 chino pants are boncoura's modern, slightly narrower take on the classic 1941 officer chinos of the us army. but what makes them really special is boncoura's own characterful, slightly irregular cotton fabric, which is woven on old looms. the weaving process takes about 25 times longer than for conventional chino fabric. and you can see and feel the difference. the fabric is rather reminiscent of denim and similar to denim it develops a unique patina the longer and more often you wear the pants.
