skoob x stuf|f | 1940's service boot black calf
this beautiful leather boot is an almost 1:1 reproduction of a vintage service boot from the 1940s from thomas' personal vintage collection. a true heartfelt and long-term project. about 7 years ago we started planning and looking for a suitable partner. in the meantime, the original shoes were even lost abroad for almost 2 years before they were found again at the end of 2021. in october 2022, we told koji sasano from skoob about the boots and the project during our visit to tokyo and he was immediately hooked. in may 2023, we had the first sample in our hands and after a few small changes, the boot went into production in skoob's small workshop in asakusa. the elegant boot was developed exclusively for stuf|f and is made from the finest calfskin. the sole is also made from calfskin. you can already see how beautifully the boot will age on the original from the 1940s.
