the 1874 chino is studio d’artisan’s more contemporary take on the u.s. army m-1941 khaki trousers. made in japan from a 100% cotton twill fabric, the trousers have a mid-weight handle, which over time with wash and wear softens up beautifully. a special treatment called "cold mercerize finish" gives the fabric an elegant and smooth luster.
