the "daytona" ringer t-shirt by the real mccoy's commemorates america's most historic motorcycle race, the daytona 200. in 1959, the dangerous race took place not only in daytona beach, but also right on the beach. motorcycle clubs, outlaws and daredevils sought victory through reckless speed on the sands of daytona wearing jeans, leather jackets and t-shirts like this. the logo comes from rmc's ever-growing in-house archive of vintage print tees and was hand-printed onto the 8oz tubular tee in kobe, japan.
