those who know the real mccoy's know that the brand is not satisfied with anything less than the perfect result. so the development of this 14.5oz denim took more than 2 years. the production required extensive research of aged fabric samples and for the fabric to be woven on a very specific set of vintage toyoda looms that accurately reproduce the quirks of the original fabric. the result is a beautiful natural slub denim that will develop incredible fades with wear and wash. the fit is just as authentic as the fabric, with a high rise and a full, straight fit through the leg.
